What inspectors found, November 2023

Rated Good; inspectors found safe, person-centred care, with some medicines and bathroom equipment records needing attention.

This was an unannounced inspection on 19 October 2023. Two inspectors spoke with people living at the home, staff and a visiting professional. They observed care and checked care plans, staff records, meeting notes and quality checks.

The home was rated Good overall. Inspectors found that people felt safe, had enough staff support and were helped to make choices, stay independent and take part in community activities. Care was described as personal and focused on each person's routines and interests.

This report only inspected Safe and Well-led. The other areas were not inspected at this visit, so their previous ratings were used. The overall Good rating has not changed since the previous rating, published in December 2017.
