The latest report, explained

What inspectors found, March 2024

Rated Good; inspectors found safe, person-centred care and effective management, but this was a focused inspection rather than a full review.

The home provides personal care for up to six people with a learning disability. Four people were living there when inspectors visited. The inspection was unannounced and was carried out by one inspector on 25 January and 10 February 2024.

Inspectors spoke with staff and relatives, observed people and staff, looked around the home, and checked care, medicine, recruitment and management records. They found people were safe, treated with kindness and supported to make choices and build independence.

The home was rated Good overall. Safe and Well-led were both rated Good. This inspection only checked those two areas. The other ratings were carried forward from the previous inspection, which was published in March 2018.
